ABOUT THE AUTHOR, ERIC VAUGHN:

Eric Vaughn, affectionately known as "EV," has been a family man and minister of the Gospel for over 14 years. He has been involved with and committed to helping young people his whole adult life. His passion is working with what he believes is the Next/NOW church. He delivers a "real" word message with a prophetic edge to it.

EV is the founder of QBM, a non-profit ministry for young people on a journey to be the best all around individuals they can be. Through QB, EV hosts "Holy Ghost House Parties" and "Keepin' it Real Parties" where teenagers can come together for fun and games and rap sessions. During the rap sessions, they can freely talk about anything and everything that pertains to their lives.

EV's other passion is coaching basketball. He is the founder of a nationally-sponsored AAU  program called "Blessed IJN" (In Jesus' Name). EV has coached every level from the pros to high school. His most recent position was head coach for men's (varsity) basketball at Keystone Schools in Fort Wayne, Indiana. EV has helped over 100 young people get into college over the last 15 years.EV and his family most recently moved to North Carolina.

Eric is happily married to Francis, his wife of 15 years. He has five wonderful children: Jerald (18), Feryn (18), Mary (14), Eliana (4) and Eric Jr (1).
